My Church Fellowship
Ongoing Formation is essential to the life and mission of the Church. Through Sacred Scripture, prayer, the sacraments, and faithful teaching, the Holy Spirit continually forms the People of God for service, holiness, and discipleship. Saint Paul reminds us to “equip the holy ones for the work of ministry, for building up the Body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12). At My Church Fellowship, the St. John of the Cross Catholic Cluster, and the Christian Life Center (CLC), we are committed to forming church leaders, stewards, volunteers, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, altar servers, married couples, catechists, and all who serve the Church with generosity and faith. Ongoing formation is not simply training for ministry; it is a lifelong journey of conversion, spiritual growth, and deeper communion with Christ and His Church.
Rooted in the Gospel and the living tradition of the Catholic faith, our formation programs seek to strengthen both the heart and the mission of every disciple. Jesus Himself formed His disciples patiently through teaching, prayer, fellowship, and service, calling them to remain in Him so they might bear lasting fruit (John 15:5). In the same spirit, our formation opportunities help ministers and volunteers grow in prayer, pastoral care, stewardship, leadership, and understanding of the sacred mysteries they serve. Whether preparing couples for Christian marriage, supporting faith formation teachers, nurturing young altar servers, or accompanying Eucharistic ministers in reverence and devotion, our goal is to help every servant of the Church live with confidence, humility, and joyful fidelity to the Gospel. Here, formation becomes a path of communion, strengthening the Church through faith, service, and love.
